  • Poundo yam (yam powder)
  • Water

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Put water in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add your poundo yam and turn vigorously. Cover and allow to simmer for a minute. Serve with soup of choice

  3. 3

    You can follow same procedure for poundo potato.
