Steps

First wash chicken twice with haldi powder & salt. Then marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp mustard oil & a pinch of salt. Mix....well & keep aside for 1/2 an hrs. Meanwhile grind onion, tomato, garlic, cinnamon stick, Elaichi, haldi powder, red chilli powder, 4 black pepper seeds, cumin seeds, dhania seeds & cloves into a fine paste.

Heat mustard oil in a cooker. Fry cumin seeds for few minutes then add onion shallots. Fry for few minutes. Then add mein's ala paste. Fry till the raw smell of masala goes off.

Add chicken fry till the mein's ala coated well. Then add water as needed cover the lid and wait for 3 whistles. Once it is done.

Cool it and open the lid. Garnish with dhania leaves. Transfer to a bowl ready to serve....with garlic naan....
