Measure and mix all the dry ingredients together: flour,sugar, cinnamon and yeast

Add water or milk to the ingredients and mix to form a thick paste

Cover the mixture and leave it for 1 hr at room temp
- 4
Heat your oil and drop the the thick paste in your sauce pan using your hands or spoon.
- 5
Keep turning the kaimatis until they are evenly cooked on both sides.
- 6
Serve with Beverage of your choice
