A simple yet flavourful meatball recipe that can be eaten as a starter.

Mix all the ingredients of the meatball along with the chicken mince and marinade for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes shape them into small flat meatballs. Make a deep cavity in the centre of each meatball with spoon.Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Add the mashed potatoes in a bowl.Add the other ingredients of the mash.Now with the help of an electric mixture blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.Tranfer this mashed potato paste into a piping bag and pipe it on the prepared meatballs like a cup cake.Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven.Drizzle with melted butter and chopped coriander.Serve with pizza sauce.
