Full of Nutrition Hijiki Fried Rice Flavoured with Miso

I got a hint from a book I'd read a long time ago, and rearranged it to my own taste.
Add rice right after adding your egg. The egg coats the rice, reducing the stickiness of the grains.
This dish is great when you're hungry but want something healthy to eat. Recipe by Shokupanhoney

Steps
- 1
If you are using cold rice, microwave it in preparation. Soak the hijiki seaweed in water following the package instructions to reconstitute it.
- 2
Slice the green beans and green onion into thin rounds. Beat the egg in a bowl. Combine the miso and sake, then set aside.
- 3
Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the ginger and green onion. When fragrant, add the green beans, and continue stir-frying.
- 4
Add the beaten egg, and add the rice right away. Stir quickly, and continue stir-frying until the rice grains stop sticking together.
- 5
Swirl in the mixture of miso and sake, and continue stir-frying. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then you're done!
