Steps

Fry vegetables in olive oil over a low heat for 5 until softened.

Add garlic and chillies and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Add beef and mix well. Turn up heat and fry till beef is well browned.

Add tomato puree, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, oregano and fry for a further minute.

Add tinned tomatoes, water and beef stock. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for an hour stirring regularly until sauce has thickened
