Kosai

Many people enjoy kosai with Koko but my kids enjoy it with tea. This is one of their favorite 😋 so I find it difficult to make it everyday in the morning, the stress of washing the beans and blending,,, all this process. So I found new way of enjoying kosai at anytime. I blend the beans and keep inside the freezer.so whenever I need it I would bring it out before the time and defrost.

Peel the beans skin and wash very nice until the skin are all off.

Soak for like 5mins in saltwater. And then blend with the peppers to a nice smooth paste. Chop onions into smaller chunks and add it stir and beat the batter using spoon for about 20mins or beat with a mixer until fluffy

Add salt to your taste and mix. Heat some oil in a pan and start frying to your prepared shapes and sizes, until it's fries beautiful to your colour choice

You can ganish with onions and peppers. Enjoy with yajin kulikuli or with pap.

Serve warm and enjoy😋
