Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • Soba noodles for 2 servings
  • 1-2 sheetsunseasoned Korean roasted seaweed (gim/nori)
  • Seasonings
  • 3-4 tablespoonsperilla oil (45-60 ml)
  • 3-4 tablespoonsKorean soup soy sauce (45-60 ml)
  • 1/2-1 tablespoonsugar (6-12 grams)
  • 1-2 tablespoonsKorean toasted white sesame seeds, crushed with a spoon (9-18 grams)

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the noodle sauce: Mix all the seasonings together (except the sesame seeds) and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  2. 2

    Lightly toast the seaweed over a flame until crispy, then place it in a plastic bag and crush it into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch.

  4. 4

    Toss the soba noodles with the sauce until evenly coated. Sprinkle with the crushed seaweed and sesame seeds.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy.
