Ingredients

5-7pcs
  • 1 cupPunjabi Wheat Flour (thick)
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspchopped dry fruits
  • 5-7saffron strands
  • 21/2 cupwater
  • as required Ghee for frying

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to make a batter except ghee.

    Mix well & keep covered for minimum 4 hrs.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a flat pan & pour the batter. let it cook on low to medium flame.

    Flip n cook from both the sides.

    Serve hot.
