Easy and Foolproof Puffy Pizza Dough

When I was making pancakes, I realized I didn't have enough milk and they turned out to be quite heavy and cake-like. That gave me the idea to make this. I tested this recipe many times and finally settled on this recipe. It won't create crispy pizza, but I love the softness and the thickness of this pizza, and am really happy with this.
There aren't really any hints.
Since there's no need for rising or kneading, it can be made in a flash!
It will probably taste even better if you make real pizza sauce! Recipe by Daichantomame

Cooking Instructions
- 1
For simple and instant pizza sauce: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute finely diced tomato.
- 2
When the tomato is cooked, season with ketchup, basil, salt and water. Let simmer.
- 3
Put the ● ingredients into a bowl. Add the milk and the salt. There's no need to let the dough rise or knead it.
- 4
Thinly spread out the dough on top of parchment paper.
- 5
Spread on the pizza sauce.
- 6
Top with your choice of toppings. This time, I used sausages and tomatoes for a simple pizza. Then sprinkle with black pepper.
- 7
Top with lots of cheese and bake for 15 minutes in a 250°C preheated oven.
- 8
It's finished!!
- 9
It's a puffy and soft pizza! It's so soft that it kind of seem like it might melt away!

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

I tried various different recipes for pizza and finally settled with this one.-Simple Pizza Sauce: Add a little bit of mustard to ketchup and mix.-To make it more Italian: Sprinkle on some oregano or basil.-To make it taste even better: Swirl on some olive oil.-Spread out the dough to match the baking tray that fits in your toaster oven. Make sure to check the size beforehand.-Since the crust is thin, the cheese easily melts off, so please place the pizza on a sheet of parchment paper while baking. Recipe by maynyan cookpad.japan -

I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

Crispy Pizza Dough Crispy Pizza Dough
I devised this recipe in a way that the dough will be easy to roll out.How to store the dough: After dividing the dough at Step 6, lightly coat the dough with olive oil, wrap in plastic wrap and put in a plastic bag. It will be okay for 1 to 2 days in the fridge, and about 1 week in the freezer. At time of use, knead it a little bit, let rest for 10 to 15 minutes and then roll it out. Let it defrost at room temperature. Recipe by Baketto cookpad.japan -
