🫕🫛Matar Paneer 🫛🫕

Veggie K

Matar paneer is a very simple yet delicious curry made from “matar” (Hindi for “peas”) and paneer (fresh cheese). This recipe is a simplified version of the original Indian Matar Paneer, but it is still a powerhouse of flavor and richness.

If paneer is not available in your region, you can easily make your own with just two simple ingredients: whole milk and lemon. There is a recipe on my page you can easily follow.

NOTES:
* Paneer should look like the picture, not not over brown or they will harden. It’s a okay if not all sides get brown.
