Ingredients

  1. Mushroom 🍄 Marinade: for 15 to 30 mins
  2. 200 gmsMushroom
  3. 2 tbspCurd/Yogurt
  4. 1/8 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. 3/4 tspGaram masala
  7. 1 tspKashmiri Chilli powder
  8. 2 tspBesan/Chickpea flour
  9. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  10. 1/2 tspDried Fenugreek leaves/kasoori Methi
  11. 1 tspOil
  12. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  13. 1 tbspLemon juice
  14. Salt needed
  15. Cook & Grind:
  16. 2 tspOil
  17. 1 tspCumin seeds
  18. 10Cashews
  19. 1Onion
  20. 2 tspGinger Garlic paste
  21. Salt needed
  22. 1Big Tomato
  23. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  24. 1 tspKashmiri Chilli powder
  25. 1 tspCoriander powder
  26. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  27. Water needed
  28. Mushroom Tikka in pan:
  29. 1/2 tbspButter
  30. 1 tspOil
  31. Marinated Mushrooms
  32. Salt
  33. 2Bayleaves
  34. as neededKasoori methi
  35. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients under Marinade & add cleaned mushrooms. Mix & let it sit for about 15 to 30 mins.

    In a pan, add Oil, Cashews & Cumin seeds. Then add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt to cook the Onions faster. Cook until raw smell goes.

    Then add Tomatoes & cook till mushy. Add Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander & Garam masala powders. Let it cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, cool & Grind to fine paste.

    In another pan, add Butter & Oil to fry the mushrooms. Once hot add the mushroom & fry till it is completely cooked. Set aside.

    In the same pan, add oil if needed. Add Bay leaves & fry for a minute. Then add the ground Onion Tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add Water if needed.

    Then add the prepared Mushroom tikka into the sauce. Cook for 5 mins.

    Add Sugar. Check & adjust Salt. Then Garnish with Coriander or Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasoori methi.

    Enjoy the delicious restaurant style gravy with Roti, Chapathi or Rice.
