Kiwi, Honey, Cinnamon, Black Vinegar Soy Milk Smoothie

I received lots of kiwis, so I made a nutritious smoothie.

Cinnamon has anti-blemish, anti-wrinkle and anti-sagging properties, so I have some every day.

It's easy to make if you mix everything together well before adding the soy milk.

If you have any leftover vegetable powder, add it because it's tasty and adds color.

Green kiwis are tarter than golden ones, so add honey if you like. Recipe by Nikonikomakki-

Ingredients

  1. 1Kiwi (I use golden kiwi)
  2. 1 tbsp*Honey
  3. 1/3 tsp*Cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp*Black Vinegar
  5. 180 mlSoy milk
  6. If you have leftover green vegetable powder
  7. 1(* Green vegetable powder)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the kiwi in half, scoop the flesh out with a spoon and put in a glass.

  2. 2

    Mash it with a small whisk (I bought mine at the 100 yen shop).

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients marked * and mix. Finally, add the soy milk, mix well, and it's done.
