For cashew paste boil onions and cashew nuts in a pan for 10-12 mins on high flame.

Then strain it and grind into paste keep it aside.

Now heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts and shallow fry it on low flame until golden brown.keep aside.

In the same pan add additional 1 tbsp oil.

Add jeera, elaichi,dalchini,tej patta,garlic,green chillies.

Further add onions and cook till it turns golden brown.

Further add ginger garlic paste,haldi powder kashmiri red chilli powder,stir and cook for 1-2 Mins on low flame.

Now add coriander powder,jeera powder and add little water to avoid burning of spices and cook until the ghee is released.

Now add tomatoes,salt and cook for 10-15 mins until the ghee is released.

Onion tomato gravy is ready.

Add prepared cashew paste and cook for another 8-10 mins in low flame.

Add fried cashew nuts, kasuri methi,garam masala, butter,cream and cook for another 2-3 min on low flame.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Enjoy with naan and roti
