  1. 2gooseberry
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. 2 cupwater
  4. 1 tbspjaggery
  5. as per taste Black salt
  6. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  7. 2 tsplemon
  8. as required Ice cubes as you like, I don't have use

    Chop the gooseberries into small and discard the seed.

    In a blender grind this into a smooth paste along with ginger and jaggery.

    Add black salt, and roasted cumin powder.You can add little water while grinding.

    Add 2 cups of water to this and sieve this mixture.

    Now add the lemon juice.Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
