Cooking Instructions

In a bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy

Add the almond flour/ground almonds and the flour and mix well.

Divide the dough to little pieces or use a tablespoon to measure to have same sizes. Roll the dough between your palms lightly and place one a baking tray line with parchment paper. (make sure you have equal pieces)

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 8-10 mins.

Leave to cool on the tray.

Meanwhile on a double boiler melt the chocolate(if using chocolate), let it cool. When the chocolate have reach room temperature pour in a piping bag.

On one cookie pipe some chocolate or nutella and sandwich with another cookie. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
