Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchicken or pork
  2. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  3. 1/2 cupfrozen green peas or pods
  4. 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  5. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  6. 2 tspsoy sauce
  7. 1/2 cupbean sprout
  8. 4 clovesgarlic
  9. 1/2 bunchgreen onion
  10. 1 tspfresh ground ginger
  11. 4 cupsyesterday’s cooked rice
  12. 2eggs beaten
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. Mushroom or Hussein sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat flattop on medium high

  2. 2

    Season meat. Stir fry meat half way thru.

  3. 3

    Add all veggies but peas and bean sprouts on flat top use sesame oil and or peanut oil.

  4. 4

    Add 1-2 tsp soy sauce ginger and garlic. Cook 3/4 of the way. Add whipped egg.

  5. 5

    Add rice and soy sauce housane to taste.

  6. 6

    Add peas and bean sprouts cook for 2-3 more minutes
