Ingredients

Preparation time-10mins, Cooking time-45 mins
2 servings
  1. 200 gmsgreen beans
  2. 100 gmsdried shrimps
  3. 5-6whole red chilies (can reduce as per desire)
  4. 1 Tbspgarlic mince
  5. 1 Tbspginger mince
  6. 1 Tbspsoya sauce
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 4 Tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-10mins, Cooking time-45 mins

    Wash the green beans, cut the edges.

    Soak the mince shrimps for 30 mins, strain and set aside

  3. 3

    In a wok heat 2 Tbsp oil and add the beans, on medium to low flame cook for 5-6 mins until half cooked. Add salt and mix. Set aside

    In the same wok heat rest of the oil and add mince garlic and ginger, whole red chillies and stir till a aroma is there.

  5. 5

    Add shrimp mince and cook for 2 mins, add green beans and cook for 2 mins

  6. 6

    Add soya sauce, salt and stir. Set aside to plate

  7. 7

    Plate and enjoy with rice
