#greenveg - This is a very simple and a quick spinach stir fry if you want to add some greens to your platter. Cooked with very few ingredients, this iron & calcium rich greens can be had either with chapatis or rice.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and temper with dry red chilli and kalonji. After a few seconds, add the onion, green chilli and garlic and saute till it is translucent.

Now add the spinach, salt and turmeric powder and fry on low flame till dry. Serve, garnished with green / red chilies along with rice or chapati.
