Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong dal
  2. 1/3 cupSooji
  3. 1/4 cupCurd
  4. as requiredWater
  5. 1 cupFinely chopped veggies
  6. 1/2 TSPEno fruit salt
  7. 1/2 TSPRai -
  8. 1/4 TSPHing
  9. as required Curry leaves few
  10. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for an hour and then grind it with 2-3 TSP water

    Mix curd and sooji nicely and let it settle for 10-15 mins.

    Mix dal paste and curd sooji mixture after 10-15 mins. Add all chopped veggies.
    Add salt to taste

    Now in a tadka pan add little oil and then add rai let it splutter then add hing and Curry leaves. Once done add it in mixture and mix it.

    Grease the idli moulds and put the batter and steam it for 15 mins. Ready to serve
