For the apple pear halwa, heat the ghee and sauté the grated fruits on a medium flame.

Add in the milk and keep cooking and mixing lightly.

Once the mixture starts coming together, add in the sugar. Stir occasionally and keep cooking till you get the desired texture.

Add in elaichi powder, saffron strands, mix well and remove from flame. Set aside

Fill in the hot halwa into the tart shells and garnish as you like.

Serve immediately and Enjoy!!
