Chilled Avocado Cream Pasta

I really like avocado and wondered if I could use it in a tasty pasta dish. This is what I came up with.
Make sure you check the taste of the creamy marinade. Adjusting the saltiness is very important.
The cream has a mild flavor, so flavor the marinade well.

Devein the shrimp and boil. Cut the tomato and avocado into 1.5 cm pieces. Boil the pasta, rinse and drain well.

Put all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate for a short time. Then add the pasta and toss. See the hints about adjusting the saltiness to taste.

Put all the avocado cream ingredients in a blender and mix well. You can use a mixer as well.
