In a pan, roast rava on a medium flame of gas.
Transfer into a plate. - 2
In same pan add oil, ghee, mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, hing, ginger, curry leaves, groundnuts, cashews, saute for 1 minute.

Now add chopped onion, potato and green peas. Mix well. Cook till turn soft.
Then add chopped tomato and grated carrot. Cook for 1 minute more. - 4
Now add salt to taste, turmeric powder, mix well.
Keep hot water ready to make fluffy upma. - 5
Now add roasted rava in it, mix well properly. Add lemon juice, curd, mix it. Now time to add hot water, to make fluffy and soft upma. Mix well till rava absorb water and turns upma in semi soft.

Ready to serve, hot healthy mix veg upma. Garnish with chopped coriander.. Perfect for breakfast..
