First of all marinade the chicken with curd,garam masala, red chilli powder,salt and refined oil.
Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. - 2
Soak washed rice for 30 minutes in water, then boil it till 80% with the whole spices,salt,oil and lemon juice.

Now in a wok heat ghee add in whole spice and sliced onion,sauté till onion turns light golden brown then add ginger garlic paste sauté till raw smell go.

Add marinated chicken, turmeric,mace and nutmeg powder and cook on high heat until the masala releases oil,now add tomatoes,turns the heat low cover and cook till the chicken is tender.

Mean while chicken is cooking we will prepare our green chutney by grinding blanched spinach,mint leaves,coriander leaves and green chillies to fine paste.

Once chicken is cooked add in the green chutney to chicken mix it nicely and cook for few minutes on higher heat so it come to thick consistency, turn of the heat once cooked.

Now spread the rice nicely on the cook chicken,add food colour,lemon slice,chopped coriander and mint leaves and sprinkle some garam masala and barista.
Cover and turn on the heat on lowest to put on dum for 10- 15 minutes. - 8
Your hari chutney biryani is ready to serve hot with some salad,enjoy with your family and friends
