Steps

1st you have to take a ghee in a pan. And roast lotus seed,flour separately.take aside.

Roast nuts in little ghee.Crushed nuts.crushed cardimom. Take aside.

Take a remaning ghee in a pan add roasted lotus seed fry for 1 min on low flame then add flour then nuts and cardimom one by one..

Mix it well.fry further for 5 mins.then add milk on room temperature. Fry it quickly.when milk incorporates in halwa and milk dries

Add mawa fry for 5 mins then add pinch of food colour.

Served hot

You can store in an air tight jar in refrigerator for 2 weeks

Homemade mawa
Jab dodh phat jata hy to usy low flame pay pakaty rhty hain stir in b/w. Aur milk dry ho kar mawa ban jata hy 10.15 mins main he.thanda honay py usy freeze kar dety hai.kisi bhe halway main ya zardy main use kar sakty hain.I used to make and freeze mawa.it is white in colour.you can add sugar in ot too.it will be sweet mawa.you can eat it separately or add in any halwa.it is brown in colour.

I skim milk daily because sb fat free milk peety hain.balaie jisay aam fehem zaban main malai kehty hain.daily jama hojati hy.so I freeze all the balai.
