Steps

In a kadai heat oil and sauté cumin seeds and garlic.

Further add onions and green chillies into it. Saute till the onions turn slightly golden brown.

Now add tomatoes and ginger to it. Saute till the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt into it. Mix gently all the masalas.

Then add panner and mix gently. Cover for 3-4 mins till the panner gets cooked.

Serve it with paratha
