  • 20 gramsGinger
  • "A" seasonings
  • 2 gramsSalt
  • 5 gramsKatakuriko
  • 1 gramsWhite pepper
  • "B" seasonings
  • 4 gramsSalt
  • 1 tbspCooking sake
  • Toppings:
  • 1Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Thickly cut the winter melon.

    Mix the ground chicken thigh with the "A" seasonings.
