Ingredients

2 to 3 People
  • 3Boiled Potatoes ( medium)
  • as required Finely chopped onion,Ginger Garlic paste, Kasoori methi(crushed)
  • as required Chopped coriander,
  • as required mint
  • 1 green chilli(
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tbsp carom seed,
  • 1/2 tbsp jeera powder,
  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala,
  • 1tbsp coriander powder,
  • as per tastesalt
  • For dough-
  • 250gTake wheat flour
  • 1 tbspSalt as per taste,
  • as required oil
  • 100mlWater (lukewarm)

Steps

    Mix wheat flour and salt n oil

  2. 2

    Knead dough. Apply some ghee and put the dough for rest at least for 15minutes

  3. 3

    Now take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Now add all dry spices and add coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chilli

  5. 5

    Mix them well and make small ball of that

  6. 6

    Take small ball of the dough and fill it with masala..Roll it

  7. 7

    Heat the tawa.. put the parantha on heated tawa.. apply ghee on both sides

  8. 8

    Your parantha is ready.. serve with dahi n chtny
