Mix wheat flour and salt n oil

Knead dough. Apply some ghee and put the dough for rest at least for 15minutes

Now take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste

Now add all dry spices and add coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chilli

Mix them well and make small ball of that

Take small ball of the dough and fill it with masala..Roll it

Heat the tawa.. put the parantha on heated tawa.. apply ghee on both sides

Your parantha is ready.. serve with dahi n chtny
