You need to use a knife and fork for this Burger lovely though just now and again not too often. I bought the Chicken just had to cook it, also the thick halloumi slice just fry it in a non-stick pan dry fry. Enjoyed it so much.

  • 2Chicken breasts in Buttermilk batter frozen
  • 2Thick round Halloumi Slices fried
  • 2 SlicesStreaky Bacon
  • 2Red Cheese Slices
  • Some spinach
  • 1little Watercress
  • 1/2 tblsMayonnaise

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the chicken to an Airfry 30 minutes or preheated oven 175°C for 40 minutes. Or

    Fry the halloumi on medium heat for 10 minutes. 5 mins on each side

    Airfry the bacon slices crispy

    Add Spinach on the bottom buttered buns, then add the watercress

    When chicken is cooked add on top of the spinach +Watercress. Add mayonnaise to the top bun

    Next the cheese slice then add the top bun.

    Next the red cheese slice then the bacon

    Add the halloumi slice on top of the Bacon then the top bun and serve and Enjoy.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
