Fry onions in pan

Take out 1tblspn fried onion n keep other aside

Mix 1 tblspn raw onion fried onion red chilli powder gram masala chana powder n jaifal javatri yogurt in beef mince mince

Grind them together.make small balls of grinded mince.always make small as they get soft n tender easily.

Now use left fried onion for curry.grind them in half cup yogurt.

I make curry with qorma masala.its your own choice.mixture of onion n yogurt add in qorma masala

Add enough water in curry so it can be cooked for 3 hours on very low flame

Add koftay in curry let it cook for at least 3 hour on very low flame.cover it n cook

Check the density of curry you want.keep it thick n thin its your choice
