  1. 1) Spinach Quinoa Patties
  2. 3/4 CupQuinoa
  3. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  4. 1Onion (Chopped)
  5. 4Green chillies (Chopped)
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. 1Capsicum (chopped)
  8. 1/2 CupZucchini (Grated)
  9. 1 1/4 BowlSpinach (Chopped)
  10. 2Boiled Potatoes
  11. 3 tbspLemon Juice
  12. 3 tbspRoasted Besan
  13. 1 tspRock Salt
  14. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  15. 1/2Red Chilli Flake
  16. 2) Cabbage Salad
  17. 1/4 CupOnion (Chopped)
  18. 1/4 CupTomatoes (Chopped)
  19. 2 tbspGreen Coriander (Chopped)
  20. 1/4 CupCucumber (Chopped)
  21. 2 tbspSunflower seeds (Roasted)
  22. 2 tbspSalted Peanut
  23. 2 tbspRoasted Walnuts
  24. 2 tbspLemon Juice
  25. 1/2 TspPizza Seasoning
  26. 2 tspHoney
  27. 2 tspOlive oil
  28. 3/4 TspRock Salt (as needed)

  30. 8Leftover Roti

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Spinach Quinoa Patties
    Cook quinoa with 1 1/2 cups of water on low flame with lid on in a pan. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked completely. Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan.Add garlic and Saute for 30 second.Add Onion, Green chillies and saute. Add Capsicum, zucchini and Spinach, Cook till all the vegetables becomes soft. Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool down.

    In a mixing bowl, add the cooked quinoa, sauteed veggies, Lemon Juice, Roasted Besan, fresh Coriander Black pepper powder, red chili flakes, Salt. Mix everything property. Check the salt and spices and adjust according to taste.

    Make Quinoa Patty with the help of your palms. Heat a tawa with some oil. Add the Spinach Quinoa Patty and cook it on both the sides till becomes evenly brown. Transfer the Spinach Quinoa Patty into a plate.

    2) Cabbage Salad
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cabbage Salad is ready.

    How to assemble Tiktok Wrap
    I have kneaded the dough with milk so that the rotis become soft. Roll out thin Roti.

    Take a Roti. Lay It out on a plate. Take a knife and make a cut from the middle of the roti down to the edge.The roti being divided up into four quarters. Place a Spinach Quinoa Patties, Salad, Nachos, Salsa dip into each quadrant.

    Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding it up over the top left, then folding it over to the top right, then folding it down to the bottom right.

    Grill in a pan over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy, flipping once, about 3-4 minutes per side.
