Take urad dal an soke overnight Next day grind urad dal

And add jeera, salt, baking soda Mix them well

Take kadai put oil for deep frying Fry till it becomes golden

Take bowl put dahi, water, salt and grind with hand mixer

Keep vade in water for 5 minutes and then press wade and drain out water from vada and add vade in dahi

Garnish with red Chilli powder, garam masala, tamarind chutney, coriander leaves

And your dahi bhalla is ready now you can serve it
