Spicy Potato Sabzi

In a kadai take oil and add mustard seeds and green chillies. As it crackles add finely chopped onions and saute on high flame till course changes slightly.

Add chopped potatoes and mix well. Add salt and all spices and mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Off gas and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati, puri or dal rice..
