Steps

Take oats and semolina in a mixer jar and grind it to fine powder.

Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add salt and curd. Mix it well. Add ½ cup water and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add ¼ cup water to adjust the consistency of the batter. Now add baking soda/eno and mix well.

Heat an cast iron tawa/ non-stick pan and pour a ladle spoon of batter in the center rotating and spreading evenly in a circular motion. Drizzle some oil.

Let it cook on medium low flame.

Put some potato bhaji in the center.

Once the dosa turns crisp and starts leaving the sides, roll it and serve hot with piping hot sambhar and chutney.
