Rest the batter for 5 minutes

Heat the dosa tawa, pour the batter and spread add 1tsp of ghee,roast on both the sides at medium flame.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Chutney
Put everything in a mixie jar and churn it if needed add little water.remove in a bowl and season it with mustard oil and curry leaves.
