Heat oil and ghee in a kadai, then add cloves, cardamom after a minute then add onion and ginger -garlic paste mix well and cook for few minutes when fragrance comes out well add cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Add cashew nut paste, then one by one add all vegetables and fruits.

Cook for few minutes when it becomes tender, add grated paneer, sugar, green chilli, cover and cook for few more minutes and sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve hot.
