First, season the ground beef with spices, herbs, an egg, and breadcrumbs.

Next, make the tomato sauce and add the meatballs. Simmer in the sauce until fully cooked.

Sauté butter, oil, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and bay leaves. Add diced tomatoes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, a packet of beef tomato sauce, and water. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, all-purpose seasoning, curry powder, cumin, oregano, and thyme, and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of red wine and cilantro, then add the raw meatballs. Lower the heat after a minute and let them cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with white rice or spaghetti. Lunch with Gaby Fallas.
