Ingredients

1 hour
  1. For curry
  2. 1 cupbrown gram or Kala chana
  3. 3 table spoon oil
  4. 1onion,
  5. 1 tomato,
  6. 5 - 6 garlic clove
  7. 1/2 inch piece ginger
  8. 2bay leaf,
  9. 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  11. as per taste Salt,
  12. 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder,
  13. 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  14. 1 tea spooncoriander powder,
  15. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  16. 1/2 tea spoonkasuri methi,
  17. 2 table spoon milk,
  18. 1 pinch hing
  19. For paratha stuffing
  20. as required Finely chopped garlic, green chilli & fresh coriander
  21. 4 table spoontotal masala
  22. as per taste Salt,
  23. as per taste kasuri methi,
  24. 2 table spoon oil.
  25. 2 table spoonButter for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Black gram soak overnight. In morning boil it in cooker add double quantity water of gram. Add bay leaf, salt & cinnamon powder in it. Boil it for 20 minutes.

    For masala onion,tomato, ginger & garlic roughly chopped. Now make the paste in grinder. Add oil in a pan roast jeera & hing.

    When roast proper add masala paste & roast till colour change. Add dry spices without salt. Now add black gram without it's water.

    Roast it for some time in masala & mashed it with the help of ladle. Now add boiled water in it. Cooked it on low flame for 5 to 7 min.

    At last add garam masala kasuri methi & milk. Black gram curry is ready.

    Take normal routine Knead dough. For tandoori paratha take some heavy peda. Flat it thick with roller. Apply some oil on the flat bread & spread the filling.

    Cut it straight withcutter now roll it like calender. Make a round ball shape. Again roll it thick. A heavy bottom wok pre heat on gas & put the paratha on the wall of wok.

    When cooked one side trun it.
    After half cooked catch it with tong (chimta) & roast on the direct flame. On low flame cooked it. Now apply the butter on it. The tandoori garlic paratha is ready.

    Curd,onion & mirch pickle complete the lunch plate.
