Delicious holiday treat. Bound to be a family favorite. This is a Traditional Chanukah side dish that is both vegetarian and gluten free.

Peel oranges and split into fourths

Melt chocolate on stove. I use a DIY double boiler. If you do not have a double boiler take a glass bowl and fit it on top of a small pot filled with water. Add in your chocolate chips or chopped chocolate on medium heat and melt until smooth in consistency.

Dip oranges into melted chocolate and transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper. Once this step is complete transfer pan into the fridge to cool for 30min - 1 hour.

Once cooled serve! Enjoy!
