Wash and soak chana overnight.

Pressure cook chana with potli of cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns,tea powder,awla pieces till soft.

For masala mix all powders and kasuri methi,black salt. Transfer the cooked chana to kadai add masala mix and water if needed and mash some chana for thick gravy and cook sim flame.

Heat ghee add green chillies,ginger chopped add this to chana mix well,you smell nice aroma and it's ready

Serve with puri,roti,rice.
