Steps

In pan add oil and butter. Add cumin seed and let it crackle.

Now add ginger and green chillies paste. Saute it.

Add onion and saute it till brown.

Add tomato and saute it till slightly soft. Don't overcook

With tomato add all spices. Let it cook.

Now add grated paneer and coriander leaves (if have) and mix genteelly.

Now add cream and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Our paneer bhurji is ready.
(If you like capsicum you may add finely chopped capsicum after onion and saute it)
