Vegetable Pie

I love this leftover vegetable pie. #pieseason
Steps

Put all wet ingredients, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add bread flour and knead to make soft dough. Cut half and rest for a while.

Shred all vegetables.

Fry onion with butter until good brown. Add all the vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the dough into two pieces and roll them thinly with a rolling pin to make a square shape. Put vegetable fry mixture on it.

Cover with another dough and seal with fork. Apply egg.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 20 minutes. Apply butter. Enjoy ‼️
