Boil potatoes
Peel and mash it finely, keep aside - 2
Add maida and cumin seeds make the dough

In a pan add oil, heat and add the mashed potatoes and add all the above ingredients. Cook it well.

Take dough and roll it in oval shape (egg shape) after rolling it give a cut (3-4 cuts)

Fill the potato mixture at the centre. Wrap it as chocolate shape
- 6
Heat the oil in pan. Shallow fry it.

Serve it hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.
