Ingredients

30-40 mins
4 peoples
  1. For koftas-
  2. 5Medium sized potatoes
  3. 4 tspmaida
  4. 2 tspcorn flour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tsphaldi/turmeric
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  9. As RequiredOil for frying
  10. For gravy-
  11. 2 tspOil
  12. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  13. 2chakri ful
  14. 2tej patta/bay leaves
  15. 2red chillies
  16. 1 tspginger garlic green chilli paste
  17. 2medium onion paste
  18. 2medium tomato paste
  19. 1/2 bowlcream
  20. 1 tspgaram masala
  21. 1 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  22. 1/2 tsphaldi
  23. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  24. to tasteSalt
  25. As requiredWater

Steps

30-40 mins
  1. 1

    Take all the spices and take finely crushed onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic green chilli paste. Take cream in a bowl.

    Boil 5 potatoes peel and mash it. Add 4 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp haldi, salt, 1/2tsp garam masala and 1 tsp red chilli powder.

    Bind it well and make balls.

    Fry it till brown colour.

    Now take kadhai add 2 tsp oil add jeera, tej patta, chakri ful,2 red chillies. Now add hing, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it. Now add onion cook it for 3-4 mins in low flame.

    Now add all spices i.e., 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 2 tsp water mix and cook it till oil released. Now add tomato puree cook it well for 5 mins in low flame then add 1 glass water. Boil it and cook it for 5 mins. Turn off the flame.

    Now add the koftas. Garnish it with cream.

    Serve it with roti and rice.
