Wash Florets nicely, now in a pan take water add salt and boil florets.

After 5 mins strain the water and wash Florets with cold water.

In a Kadai, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add cumin, hing, once cumin seeds Fry nicely till raw smell goes.

Now add turmeric powder and fry, Now add the rest of the dry masalas, and add 2 tablespoons water.

Bring all masalas together now add cauliflower and potato and coat them nicely with masala.

Simmer for 5 mins, if you need to splash some water.

Serve with Roti.
