Take a pan add ghee and oil,and let it heat

Add all the tadka one by one like hing,jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cook for a minute add lime juice.

Now add sooji to the same pan and combine all ingredients well and continue to stir, till the sooji is light,and translucent that is well cooked.

Add milk powder and mix evenly add that time add water to the bowl and continue to saute till gravy is thickened and separates from the sides of the pan. Put the upma in serving bowl and give a shape as your wish.

Cook the upma in low flame. It is very important, delicious breakfast is easy to use.
