Take milk in a pan, let it boil.
Add lemon juice in it. Mix well till paneer is formed. - 2
Take a bowl, place cloth in it and sieve the curdled milk. Pour one cup of water, squeeze it and let it rest for 1 hour.

After one hour, mash lightly with palm for 20 minutes and prepare a dough. Make small balls from it. Cover and keep it aside.

Take a pan, add sugar, cardamom and water. Stir till sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes. Put the balls in sugar water. Close the lid and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Take a bowl, add ice cubes in it. Add rasgullas.
When cooled completely, tranfer in another bowl and add sugar water.
Rasgullas are ready to serve.
