Wash your fish after removing it's dirt,you can use vinegar,drain with a towel,cut lines on the fish and keep aside

Mix all spice ingredients and seasoning together with oil,rub it on the fish using a brush,cover to marinade for 20 minutes

Spread a foil paper on the oven tray or griller and rub some oil to avoid sticking,place the fish and squeeze some half lemon,add the chopped onions, scotch bonnet and the potato slices

Cover the another foil and let cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat

Your grilled fish is ready!
