Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 400 grveg 2 carrots,2 patoto,10 sprouts,seleriac,white cabbage
  2. 1/2red Bell peper
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1 tbgarlic paste
  5. 1 tbcoco oil
  6. 100 mlwater
  7. 50 mlmilk or subtitute
  8. 1 tbHot italian Spice mix
  9. 1 sprigtym
  10. 2 tbtomato concentrate
  11. Salt
  12. 1tiny bit of cornstarch diluted in water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the veg and dice. Cut into different shapes, it makes it more atractable.

    Keep aside the bellpeper and the onion

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and sweat the onion and garlic

  4. 4

    Put in the other veg.(except the Bell pepper)

  5. 5

    Put in water and milk.hussel. season with the herbs

  6. 6

    Cook for 15 min. Add the Bell pepper and the concentrate.

  7. 7

    Cook for another 10 min. Put in some cornstarch. And add some salt

  8. 8

    Serve. You can at nuts or baked tofu. I gonna eat it with a sausage.
