Soak Chanadal for 3-4hrs. And grind. With 1-2tbsp. Water.
Stuffing:- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ginger chilli garlic paste and saute for a min. Now add turmeric powder thick dal batter and salt. Mix well. And saute for 2-3min. On slow flame. Add 2tsp. Milk mix it and Cover. Cook for 2-3min.
Again open and add milk Stir and close the lid. Cook 2-3min.
Lastly stir and add lemon juice sugar and coriander. Mix properly. Turn off flame.
Stuffing is ready. Allow it to cool. - 2
Slit Capsicum from one side de seed and veins.
Wash and rinse.
Stuff Chanadal masala in all capsicum. - 3
Heat oil in a pan.Add capsicum and Saute all capsicum on slow flame Cover it with plate Keep water in a plate.
Check it gradually.Add little hot water from plate. This way add water gradually.
Stuff Capsicum is ready within 7-10mn.
Tasty innovative Stuff Capsicum is ready to serve. Garnish with pomogranate seeds coriander and Chandal mixture.
